Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). To cancel or change a plan, use your device’s store subscription settings. To restore purchases on iOS, use the “Restore” option in the app where available, or App Store → Account → Subscriptions.
FAQ — Image generation fails or spins
- Check network — generation requires a stable internet connection. Try Wi‑Fi if cellular is weak.
- Update iOS — install the latest compatible system update for your device.
- Restart the app — fully quit Attract AI and open it again, then retry once.
- Smaller reference photos — if you attach very large photos from the library, try a slightly smaller export or another image and retry.
FAQ — Improve / profile analysis
- Ensure you are signed in to iCloud/network and that the app has Photos access when prompted.
- If analysis never finishes, try again on Wi‑Fi; temporary uploads are deleted after processing as described in our Privacy Policy (Section 4).
