These Terms govern your use of Attract AI. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. Last updated: May 12, 2026.
1. Eligibility and account
You are responsible for using the app in compliance with local laws. You are responsible for activity performed on your device and account.
2. Subscription and billing
Paid features may be offered through subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next billing date in your App Store or Google Play settings. Pricing and renewal terms are displayed at purchase and in your platform subscription settings.
3. User content
You retain ownership of photos and prompts you provide. You confirm you have rights to upload and process this content using AI tools. You must not upload unlawful or infringing content. See our Privacy Policy for how content is processed.
4. Acceptable use
- No illegal, abusive, hateful, or harmful content.
- No attempts to bypass technical or safety restrictions.
- No misuse that can overload or damage the service.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Coaching and AI outputs are informational only and not professional, legal, medical, or relationship advice. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
